Standard and Customized Orders: All orders placed on our platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to both standard cakes and customized cake orders. Reasons for No Refund: Our cakes and baked goods are made-to-order and perishable, making refunds impractical. Customized cakes are crafted specifically to meet your requirements, which cannot be reused or resold.
Orders for standard cakes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Customized cake orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and finalized.
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered only in the following rare cases:
Delivery Issues: Incorrect or incomplete order delivered due to our mistake.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Events like natural disasters, operational failures, or bakery closures.
In such cases, customers may contact us directly, and the situation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
