1. Operating Hours
Order Placement Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next day.
2. Payment Policy
No Cash on Delivery (COD): All orders must be prepaid through the payment method available on our platform. Payment details are securely processed, and we do not store any card information.
3. Refund Policy
No Refund Policy:
All orders are final, and we do not offer refunds once the order is placed. Please double-check your order details before confirming the purchase.
4. Order Notifications
All order notifications will be sent to the owner’s personal WhatsApp number (+91 98207 62577) for real-time updates. For customized cakes, additional order details will also be shared via WhatsApp.
5. Customized Cake Orders
Customers interested in customized cakes must:
Fill Out an Order Form: Provide specific details such as flavor, design, size, and delivery preferences.
Notification to WhatsApp: Once submitted, the form will notify us on WhatsApp (+91 98207 62577).
Personal Follow-Up: The owner will personally connect with the customer to discuss the details of the customized cake. Final confirmation and any additional instructions will be shared during this conversation.
Important: Orders for customized cakes will only be processed after personal confirmation.
6. Delivery Policy
Delivery Timings: Deliveries will be scheduled during operating hours (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
Delivery Zones and Charges: Refer to our distance-based delivery policy
Pan-India Deliveries: Available for Christmas Cakes and Cookies only. Charges vary based on weight and destination.
Delivery Tracking : Real-time tracking updates will be provided via SMS or WhatsApp, including the status of your order

7. Address Accuracy
Ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate during checkout. Let’s Eat will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
