4. Order Policy
No Cash on Delivery (COD): All orders must be prepaid via the payment methods provided on the Website.
No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Customized cakes cannot be canceled after confirmation, and no refunds will be issued for any order.
Cancellation: Standard orders may be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. For customized cakes, cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed.Â
Delivery Areas:Â Delivery within Mumbai for all cakes (except Christmas cakes and cookies). Pan-India Delivery is available only for Christmas Cakes and Cookies.

12. Force Majeure
Let’s Eat will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, or any other events that prevent the performance of our obligations.
